Label says S but it can fit larger due to the forgiven cut and loose fit style. 
45 across underarms/empire-line: Armpit to armpit is likely to be the under bust level, which is below the fullest point of the bust as the sleeve openings are very wide, armpits sit low. The actual bust size should be more generous than this measurement  but it also depends on your body frame.

Print variations can occur during the hand block printing/hand-dying process, which makes every garment unique- this is the nature of this type of clothing and not considered as flaws.
